Galaxy Council Member of the Month

Rich Marion – Rich Marion has been a member of the Galaxy Community Council since the early 1990’s.  Growing up in the shadow of Westover, it was natural for Rich to join the U.S. Air Force.  During his tour he experienced the two extremes in assignments; first at Homestead AFB, Florida and then Goose Bay Labrador.   Soon after leaving the air force, Rich married the former Marie Lyszchyn.  Their 43 years of wedded bliss resulted in 4 children and 7 grandchildren.  Part owner of Marion Excavating, Rich joined the Galaxy at the suggestion of Tom O’Donnell and has been a strong supporter of the council ever since.  Working every air show, Rich enjoys the patriotic spirit displayed by the Galaxy members. It’s people like Rich Marion that makes the Galaxy Council such a great organization.  Thanks Rich for your suppo
