John Carpenter – A Galaxy member since 1992, John Carpenter is a man always on the move.  During his 12 years in the U. S. Air Force John had assignments in Salina, Kansas, Korea, the Azores, the United Kingdom and Greenland during which he served as an aircraft mechanic.  Upon his discharge John spent 15 years with the Springfield Fire Department.  Despite frequent traveling John has always found the time to work every air show, picnic and the USO Troop return celebrations. John is a fine example of the type of member that makes the Galaxy Council such a great organization.  Thanks John for your support.
