Galaxy Council Member of the Month

Stanley Karwoski –  When asked why he joined the Galaxy Community Council, Stanley, better known as  “Stas’, said “to show those in uniform that there are people outside the gate who care about them”.  The other reason was that his long time partner and fellow Galaxy member Carol Patterson could boss him around!  A U. S. Navy veteran, Stas’ served aboard two nuclear fast attack submarines and a destroyer.  Since joining the council Stas’ has worked every picnic, air show and any other function that supports the mission at Westover. Stas’ is another fine example of the type of member that makes the Galaxy Council such a great organization.  Thanks Stas’ for your support.
